Recipe of ginger tea, adrak wali chai,step by step recipe of ginger tea

Cook Time :-10 Minutes
Total Time :- 15 Minutes
Servings :- 4 cup

INGREDIENTS
1. Sugar :- 3 and half teaspoon
2. Tea leaves :- 1and half teaspoon
3. Milk :- 2 Cup
4. Water :- 3 Cup
5. Ginger (crushed) :- 2 inch

Recipe of ginger tea with pictures
1.Take a saucepan,pour 3 cup of water in it.


2.Now add crushed ginger in it.
3.Allow the water to boil so that ginger mix 
   with water properly.
4.Add sugar in it.
5.When the water starts to boil again add 
   tea leaves in it.
6. Add two cup of milk in it.
7.Allow the tea to boil. Boil this tea for 3 to 4
   minutes.
8.When the tea is boiled, strain tea through 
   strainer.
This ginger tea is very helpful for you in 
 winter season.

Recipe of Pinni,how to make pinni

Pinnis are generally eaten in the winter season.In these days,we should eat at least one pinni per day.Eating  pinni is good for us. We can made pinnis with many ingredients like fennel seeds (saunf),almond nut (Badaam),
kishmish(raisin),alsi and wheat flour etc.
There are many types of pinnis like Atte ki
pinni,Jaggery pinnis,Besan ki pinni and Alsi
ki pinni.

Servings  :-50 Pinnis

INGREDIENTS
1. Powdered Sugar as you required
2.Fennel Seeds (saunf) :- 1 kg
3.Wheat flour :- 2 kg
4.Raisin(kishmish) :-. 1/2 kg
5.Almond nut (Badaam) :- 1/2 kg
6.Alsi :- 500 gram
7.Desi ghee :- 2 kg

How to make pinni
1. Cook Alsi in a dry pan , Cook till smell starts to arise .When it is cooked,transfer it
    to another plate.
2.Now cook saunf in a dry pan.Cook it till
    smell starts to arise from it. Transfer
    saunf to another plate and keep aside.
3.Now heat desi ghee in a pan,heat it for
   five minutes.Add wheat flour in it.Cook
   this wheat flour till it becomes light
    brown in colour and smell starts to arise.
    Stir wheat flour occasionally to prevent
     burning.
4.Crush almond nuts with a rolling pin.
5.Add all dry fruits like almond,kishmish,
    and also add sugar & saunf.Mix all these
    ingredients very well.
6.Allow the mixture to cool.When the
    mixture is enough to touch , take some
    mixture in your hands.
7.Shape it like a round ball.
8.Repeat the process with the rest of the
    mixture.

Recipe of Gazar Matar ki sabzi

The consumption  of Gazar and  matar keeps our skin healthy.Green peas helps 
to reduce weight  and very good for our 
eyes.Peas are a good source of vitamin B  and useful for glowing skin.Carrots are a rich source of vitamin C.

Preparation for Gazar matar ki sabzi
1. Rinse the vegetables in water.
2.Peel the carrots with a knife and chop
    into pieces.
3.Mix well peas and carrots.
4.Chop onions,ginger and garlic with a 
     knife.

INGREDIENTS (1cup= 250ml)
 1.Carrots - 3 cup
2.Peas - 1 cup
3.Ginger - 2 inch
4.Salt as required 
5.Green chilies - 1 and half teaspoon
6.Spice - 1 teaspoon
7.Turmeric powder -1 and half teaspoon
8.Garlic - 1 
9.Tomato - 1
10.Onions - 3

HOW TO MAKE GAZAR MATAR 
First of all, rinse the vegetables with 
water properly and chop carrots into pieces.

1.Take 4 teaspoonful of oil in a pan and heat  this oil for 2to 3 minutes.

2.Now add a paste of crushed onion ginger 
   and garlic and heat it until it's colour 
    becomes light brown.


3.Add salt,chopped green chilies,spice  and 
   turmeric powder and mix it well.Heat it for
    one or two minutes.

4.Now add Gazar and matar .


5.Mix it well with a paste of onions.Heat it 
   for 15 minutes.
6.Stir this material occasionally as shown in     picture.
 7.After 15 minutes vegetable is ready to  
    serve.

How to make tulsi green tea with tea bags

Tulsi green tea is made from natural available ingredients like tulsi leaves .Tulsi leaves are obtained from Tulsi plant.Tulsi is a sacred plant in India because Tulsi is worshipped in India . People grown Tulsi plant in their courtyard.

1.) Water - 2 cup
2)Sugar- 2 teaspoons
3) 2 Tulsi green tea bags

1)First of all, boil two cup of water.

2) When your water has boiled,dip tea bags in the hot water for 3 minutes.
3) Now add 2 teaspoons of sugar in the hot water.
4) After adding sugar , stir it well with a spoon .
5) At last , you can drink the hot tea.

How to make Mustard Saag or Sarson Ka saag

SARSON KA SAAG OR MUSTARD GREENS -
 Saag  is a leaf based dish
and it is made from mustard leaves. Now question arise is that 
what is mustard from which saag is made. Mustard is a crop which is
sowing by farmers in the fields. Farmers starts to sow this crop in the starting  of October and continue till the end of December.
Saag is a popular vegetarian dish from the Punjab which is the region of the Indian subcontinent.
Saag is made with mustard leaves,
spinach, methi and bathua leaves.
People eat and enjoy this saag in the winter season. Saag is eaten with Makki ki Roti which is called 
bread of maize in English. Makki ki roti is a flat bread that is made from corn meal.Like all other  rotis Makki ki roti is also baked on a tawa. Though it is not compulsory to eat saag with Makki ki roti ,but most of the people eat saag with this roti.To give it an extra taste , it is topped with butter. It is such type of dish which requires about 2 to 3 hours for cooking. This recipe is so popular in Punjab region that there is no any home in which saag does not cook and eat. Moreover there are many benefits of eating saag. Mustard greens helps to lower cholesterol level and it is rich in fiber. These greens is a rich source of vitamin K and C. They also provide eye and skin protection .
Mustard  greens have high level of
antioxidant which can helps  to prevent certain types of cell damage.

Saag with Makki ki roti and Lassi



Course :- Main Course

Cook time :- 2 hours
Total time :- 3 hours
Servings :- 7 to 8 people




INGREDIENTS
1. Mustard leaves (Sarson) - bunch
2. Fenugreek leaves (methi) - 1 bunch
3. Spinach - 1 bunch
4.Onions - 3 (chopped)
5. Ginger - 3 inches (chopped) 
6. Green chillies - 5 to 6 (chopped)
7. Garlic (lahsun) - 1 chopped
8. Water - 1.5 litre
9. Maize flour - 2.5 Cup
10. Salt to taste

HOW TO MAKE SAAG
1. First of all , rinse all the mustard leaves , spinach leaves and methi leaves (fenugreek).



2. After cleaning all the  green very well ,dry these leaves in the sunlight for 20 minutes.
3. Now chop all the greens with a knife or a machine.
4. In a pan , add 1.5 litre of water and heat this water for about 10 minutes and then add chopped mustard , spinach and methi leaves and mix well with water but don't add maize flour.

5. After 15 minutes, add salt, chopped green chillies. You can also add green chillies when tempering for saag instead of now.
6. Now cover a pan with a lid and let the greens  cook till it mix with water properly. You should cook it about 45 minutes. Do check occasionally.
7. After 45 minutes, put off the flame. Add 2.5 cups of maize flour in it and mix maize flour and saag for 10 minutes. This flour will increase thickness and taste of your saag. Now you will see that maize flour and water combined into  a mustard greens. It means that saag is cooked properly.

TEMPERING FOR SAAG


1.Take a pan and add 4 teaspoons of ghee or oil in it.

2. When ghee or oil hot properly, add chopped onions, garlic and ginger. Cook all the ingredients till its colour starts changing to light brown.


3. When onions colour changed to light brown, add saag from another pan to this pan  and mix saag properly.



Now saag is ready to eat. You can serve it with makki ki roti .It gives best taste , if you place a butter on it. When you eat it in the morning time, you should drink a Lassi with it.

Recipe of delicious milk tea

Tea is the most widely consumed drink in the  world.Most of the people starts their day with a cup of tea.A cup of tea gives fresh feeling to us.There are different types of teas  but all these teas comes from the plant known as Camellia Sinensis.

Milk tea made with sugar,tea leaves or powder and milk.







Course - drink
Cook time- Ten Minutes
Servings-2 Servings (2 cups)
INGREDIENTS
(1) Water- 1cup
(2)  Sugar-2 teaspoons
(3) Tealeaves- 1 and half teaspoon
(4)  Milk -1 cup
(5) 3 to 4 cardmom(crushed)
(6) Ginger-2 Inch(crushed)
STEP 1.- Boil water in a teapot.

STEP 2.- Add 2 teaspoons of sugar and boil it.


 STEP 3.- Add tea leaves and  crushed cardmom and ginger in it and boil for 4 to 5  minutes on medium flame.




STEP 4.-Add milk in it and boil it on medium flame for five to six minutes. Bubbles  starts to rise.The colour of tea change from milky shade to brown shade.


STEP 5.- Turn off the gas and strain tea in cups.
