Recipe of Dalia

Eating Dalia is good for health because Dalia is rich in proteins and provide all the
essential nutrients important in our diet.It 
makes an ideal wholesome breakfast and it is low in calories.
Dalia is made from wheatgrain.Sometime 
doctor advise the patient to eat Dalia.

Prep time :- 5 minutes
Cook Time :- 30 minutes
Total Time :- 35 minutes
Servings :- 5 to 6

INGREDIENTS
1. Dalia :- 100 gram
2. Water :- 2 and half glass
3. Sugar :- 5 teaspoons
4. Ghee :- 2 to 3 teaspoons


METHOD OF MAKING DALIA
1.First of all, take a saucepan, put 3 teaspoons of ghee in it. Hot this ghee for a minute.
2. Now put 100 gram Dalia  to the ghee and cook it properly.

3. Cook it till it's colour starts changing to golden brown.
4. At the next  step,add water in it.After 5 
minutes add  5 teaspoons of sugar.Use the size of spoon for sugar measurement as shown in belowing picture.
5. Allow the water to boil. After 15 minutes, water starts to boil.Boil  Dalia in water for about 25 minutes.
6. Put off the flame when the Dalia is boiled
properly.

7.Put this Dalia in a serving dish.
