Roti is also known as chapati.It is a round flat bread.Roti made from stoneground
wholemeal flour and water that is combined into a dough.Roti is native to the Indian Subcontinent.Roti is consumed in many countries such as India,Nepal,Sri Lanka,Bangladesh,Singapore and Malaysia.
In India, roti is eaten at home almost everyday.

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour
Water :- 3 Glasses
Oil :- 1 teaspoon
Recipe of Phulka
1. Sieve the wheat flour in a large mixing bowl,add one teaspoon of oil and mix it thoroughly.
2.Add water as required and begins to knead the dough and knead it with the help of your hands as shown in pictures.
3.when you knead the dough properly ,keep
it aside to rest.It took 10 minutes to make crack free dough.The dough should not be stick to your hands.
4.Take some portion of dough into your hands and shape it into a ball and flatten this ball with hands.
5.Next step is to roll out this flatten dough.
Roll it out with a rolling pin and shape it into a large circle.
6.Take a tawa,hot it for 3 to 4 minutes.Place
this roti on the tawa,flip it after half minute.
Flip it again when spots appear on the under side.You will see that roti starts to puff.
7.when roti is cooked,remove it from tawa
and spread a butter on it.
