can serve this roti with curd (dahi).You can
also serve it with butter.It will be very tasty,
If you serve it with dahi rather than butter.

1. Maize flour :- 4 cup
2.Water as required
3.Fenugreek leaves :- 2 bunch
4.Salt :- 2 and half teaspoon
5.Red chilies :- 1 and half teaspoon
6.Spice :- 1 teaspoon
HOW TO MAKE MAKKI KI ROTI
1.Take fenugreek leaves in a bowl and chop
these leaves with a knife.
Step 2
Chop all these these leaves with a knife.
Step 3
When fenugreek leaves are chopped,rinse
these leaves with the water.
Step 4
Take maize flour in a bowl.Mix all these leaves with maize flour and add salt ,red chilies and spice and mix well.
Step 5
Take a portion of flour and knead it with water as shown in picture and shape it into
ball.
