Recipe of this daal is very easy .But it ta
kes enough time to cook.There are many health benefits of eating this daal.Masoor
daal is healthy for eyes,boosts immunity,
improve digestion and rich in minerals etc.

Prep time :- 10 minutes 
Cook Time :- 25 minutes
Total Time :- 35 minutes
Servings :- 7

INGREDIENTS
1.Moong Masoor ( mixed) :- 2 and half cup
2.water :-  
3.Onions :- 5 normal size (chopped)
4.Garlic :- 1(chopped)
5.Ginger :- 2 inches
6.Green chilies :- 3 teaspoons (chopped)
7.Salt to taste
8.Spice :-  2 teaspoons
9.Turmeric powder :- 2 teaspoons
10. Tomato :- 2 (chopped)
Steps to follow for this daal
1.Wash green gram and red lentils  with water.Drain out the water.
2.Now take  6 cup of water in a pan and boil
daal in this with a salt.
3.Allow the daal to boil .You should stir the 
daal while it is boiling.You can add more water if your daal is not properly cooked.
4.Put off the flame ,when the daal properly
boiled and looks like as in picture.

Tempering for this daal

1.Take a pan ,add 3 teaspoonful of oil and hot it for 3 minutes.
2.Add chopped onions,garlic and ginger in it
and mix it .
3.Cook it until its colour becomes light brown and add  tomato,green chillies,spice
and turmeric powder in it.Cook it for one minute.

.

4.Add this mixture to the cooked daal.

You can give it an extra taste . For this purpose, sprinkle over chopped coriander
leaves.

Recipe of roti or phulka,how to make roti or phulka

Roti is also known as chapati.It is a round flat bread.Roti made from stoneground 
wholemeal flour and water that is combined into a dough.Roti is native to the Indian Subcontinent.Roti is consumed in many countries such as India,Nepal,Sri Lanka,Bangladesh,Singapore and Malaysia.
In India, roti is eaten at home almost everyday.


Course :- bread
Prep Time :-10 minutes
Cook Time :- 20 minutes
Total Time :-  30 minutes

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour 
Water :- 3 Glasses
Oil :- 1 teaspoon

Recipe of Phulka
1. Sieve the wheat flour in a large mixing bowl,add one teaspoon of oil and mix it thoroughly.



2.Add water as required and begins to knead the dough and knead it with the help of your hands as shown in pictures.



3.when you knead the dough properly ,keep
it aside to rest.It took 10 minutes to make crack free dough.The dough should not be stick to your hands.





4.Take some portion of dough into your hands and shape it into a ball and flatten this ball with hands.

5.Next step is to roll out this  flatten dough.
Roll it out with a rolling pin and shape it into a large circle.



6.Take a tawa,hot it for 3 to 4 minutes.Place 
this roti on the tawa,flip it after half minute.
Flip it again when spots appear on the under side.You will see that roti starts to puff.



7.when roti is cooked,remove it from tawa
and spread a butter on it.
